For the first 30 days after your initial service, there's no setup charge in the same treated area — only the standard gopher charge applies. From day 31 to 60, any new activity, whether in the same area or elsewhere on the property, receives a reduced setup fee. It's our way of standing behind our work and keeping your property protected long after the first visit.
Important: This warranty applies exclusively to trapping services. Baiting/poisoning services are not covered under the 60-Day Warranty due to the nature of how bait works and the unpredictability of gopher migration patterns.
