1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern all services provided by Gopher Champs, a family-owned pest control company located in Winchester, California.


By booking, paying for, or receiving service, you agree to these terms.


2. Services Provided

Gopher Champs provides professional gopher control services using trapping and, when necessary or requested, poison-based treatments.


All poison applications are performed in accordance with our California DPR Qualified Applicator License (QAL #155229) and state safety regulations.


Results are typically achieved in as little as two days and include a 60-day warranty unless otherwise stated in writing.


3. Service Areas

We serve residential, commercial, agricultural, and HOA properties throughout the Inland Empire and nearby regions.


4. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations or missed appointments within 24 hours may result in a trip fee.
  • Weather conditions or soil conditions may delay service for safety reasons.


5. Warranty

Our 60-day warranty covers gopher activity within the treated area.


New infestations or burrows originating outside the treatment zone or after the warranty period may require additional service.


6. Safety and Compliance

All services—whether trap-based or poison-based—are conducted in compliance with:

  • California Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) standards
  • Local county agricultural commissioner regulations
  • Manufacturer safety instructions for all approved materials


Customers should keep pets and children away from treated areas for the duration specified by our technician after service.


7. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.


Unpaid balances after 15 days may incur late fees or collection costs.


8. Limitations of Liability

Gopher Champs is not responsible for:

  • Damage to underground systems, landscaping, or irrigation caused by normal trapping or baiting operations.
  • Reinfestation due to neighboring properties or soil disturbances.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the cost of the service provided.


9. Use of Poisons

In limited cases (such as large properties or customer request), Gopher Champs may apply rodenticides approved by the California Department of Pesticide Regulation.

  • All applications are performed by or under the supervision of a Qualified Applicator (QAL #155229).
  • Usage will follow product label directions and local laws.
  • Customers will be informed of all materials used and any necessary safety precautions.


10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be governed by California law and resolved in Riverside County, CA.
